Somerton
For replacement windows. New Castle II same specifications as Somerton except nail fin for new construction.
Bryn Mawr II:
For replacement windows. XT same specifications as Bryn Mawr except nail fin for new construction.
Windows come in two colors, white and tan. Several custom colors available on request including bronze color closely matching aluminum windows in this color. Custom color on exterior only for Somerton style. Bryn Mar white and tan only.
Somerton - Available in single hung, slider, or picture window. Frame width 2 3/8". Top sash can be made one piece with eyebrow or half circle or other geometric design. Insulated glass 1/8" single strength each glass and 3/4" overall thickness comes standard. Glass is upgradeable to 3/16" double strength glass. Low E square glass which means 2 layers of Low E comes standard. The majority of other windows on the market are 1 layer Low E. Upgradeable to 366, which is triple layer Low E. Obscure glass and pattern glass is available. Single hung and slider windows come with half screen fiber type. Solar screen is not available on this window because of the single track design.

Bryn Mawr II - Available in single hung, double hung, slider, casement, awning, and pictue window. Frame width 3 1/2". Wider frame allows for double hung window option. Double hung windows flip in and are removable for easy cleaning. half circle, eyebrow or other geometric designs can stack on top of window but must be made in separate window frame. Insulated glass 3/16" double strength glass standard. Low E square glass is available. Several tinted glass options are available. Single hung and sliders come with half screen. Double hung come with full screen. Casement and awning windows come with screens mounted on interior. Solar screen upgrade available.

Casement Window Notes
Casement windows: Maximum width of 3 feet. Maximum height 6 feet. Two casements can be mulled together for a 6 foot window. Each window would have vertical frame meeting in middle of opening. Casement windows come in two options.
Option #1: Egress type casement has crank handle on hinge side to allow window to open maximum width for bedrooms to meet fire code.
Option #2: Allows for better circulation. Crank in middle of window to allow for distance on each side of window when opened to be similar distance. Will not meet egress code. This type casement works better for living rooms, kitchens, and baths.
Awning Window Notes
Window folds out with screen on interior. This window can install alone or can be installed above or below a single or double hung window. Awning windows can not be installed with casement windows.
Divited Light Pattern Options:
One over one light pattern means no divided lights.
Other light patterns as noted below can be customized to fit any style house:
- Standard Light: 5/8" rectangle between glass
- Contour Light: 1" width between glass has bevel look on edge of grid
- SDL Light: 1 1/" width grid applied to glass on interior and exterior of glass.
This light pattern gives the appearance of wood windows.
Vinyl Sliding Doors
our supplier makes a vinyl sliding door in white and tan to match windows. Custom colors available for exterior of doors. Threshold of doors come in white or tan. Double locking prevents doors from being lifted off of the track. Double strength glass 1" overall thickness tempered Low E squared is standard. Glass upgradeable to 366 triple layer Low E. Sliding Screen standard. Solar screen upgrade available. Same grid patterns as windows available.
Door sizes: 5-0x6-8, 6-0x6-8, 8-0x6-8 2 panel, 9-0x6-8 three panel, and 12-0x6-8 three panel.
